This policy explains what personal information Let's Flaunt collects when you visit letsflaunt.in or book an appointment with us, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal jargon, because a privacy policy you cannot understand is not much use to you.
Let's Flaunt is a unisex salon operating at 116, Holiday Village Road, above Market Fresh, Mallasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560109, India. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
You can reach us at +91 86183 29463 or letsflaunt6@gmail.com.
When you fill in our booking form, you provide:
If you call, message or email us instead, we collect whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation. When you visit the salon we may also record details relevant to your treatment — for example allergies, sensitivities, previous colour or chemical services, or a patch test result — so that we can serve you safely on future visits.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used — for example which pages and services people look at most, roughly where visitors are from, and whether they arrived from Google, Instagram or a direct link. This helps us decide what to improve and which services to write about.
Google Analytics collects this through cookies on your device and sends it to Google. It records things like the pages you view, how long you spend on them, your approximate location (city level), and your device and browser type. Your IP address is anonymised by Google and we never see it. We cannot identify you personally from this data, and we do not try to.
We do not run advertising pixels, remarketing tags or any social media tracking tools, and we do not sell or share this data with advertisers. If you would rather not be counted at all, see the opt-out options in section 7.
Our web host records standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability, and we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
We store one small item on your own device: a flag remembering that you have already seen our first-visit offer, so we do not show it to you repeatedly. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
We never ask for and never want your payment card details, bank details, passwords, Aadhaar, PAN or any other government identification through this website. If a page claiming to be ours asks you for these, it is not us — please tell us immediately.
We use what you give us only to:
We will only send you offers or promotional messages if you have asked us to. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will, without it affecting your ability to book with us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the booking form or contact us, and where necessary to provide the service you have requested and to comply with legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. Providing your information is voluntary, but we cannot confirm an appointment without at least a name and a contactable phone number.
We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:
Some of these providers operate servers outside India. Where your information is transferred outside the country, it remains subject to this policy and to the provider's own contractual and legal safeguards.
Our booking form does not send your details to us directly. Instead it opens WhatsApp on your device with your appointment details already written out, and you choose whether to press send. Nothing reaches us until you do.
This means the content of your booking message is handled by WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours. Once we receive your message it sits in our WhatsApp Business inbox, and we treat it in line with this policy.
If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you are welcome to call us on +91 86183 29463 instead.
We do not set any advertising or remarketing cookies. The cookies used on this site are these:
_ga and similar) that
count your visit and remember whether you are a new or returning visitor. They expire
automatically, and hold no name, phone number or anything that identifies you personally.
If you would prefer not to be measured, you can install Google's official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or turn on “Do Not Track” or blocking of third-party cookies in your browser settings. Opting out changes nothing about the service you receive from us — you can still browse and book exactly as normal.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may stop the map from displaying, but the rest of the site will continue to work normally.
We keep appointment and client records for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can honour package offers such as our 3+1 Free scheme, refer back to your treatment history, and meet accounting and tax requirements. Where records are no longer needed for any of these purposes, we delete them.
You can ask us to delete your records sooner — see section 9.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details in section 13. We will respond as promptly as we can, and in any case within the time limits set by applicable law. There is no charge for making a request.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.
Our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to client records and to our WhatsApp Business inbox is limited to salon staff who need it to do their job. We ask our team to treat everything you tell us — particularly anything about your skin, hair or health — as confidential.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach ever occurs that affects your personal data, we will inform you and the relevant authority as required by law.
We offer services for children, but our website is not intended for use by children on their own. Bookings for anyone under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information they provide and for consenting to the treatment.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will make that clear on this page.
