The Her menu runs to over 190 services — cuts and styling, global colour, highlights and balayage, keratin, botox and nanoplastia, hair spa, facials from fruit to hydra, clean-ups, waxing in normal, Rica and roll-on, threading, bleach and de-tan, nails and extensions, manicures, pedicures and bridal packages. Every one is priced on the menu.
Separate zones, not separate salons
What makes it work is the layout. The new salon has purpose-built areas so nobody is having a pedicure in the middle of the haircut floor:
- Styling floor — arched LED mirrors and leather chairs, where all cutting, colour and treatments happen
- Wash area — leather recliner chairs by the window, so a hair spa feels like a spa
- Nail Bar — its own alcove with the gel polish wall and manicure table
- Pedi Bar and Sole Bar — two dedicated massage-chair bays for pedicures and foot care

The same standards on both sides
Same brands — L’Oréal Professionnel, Schwarzkopf, QOD, O3+ — same sterilisation between every client, same published prices with 5% GST stated up front, and the same 4.9 Google rating that men and women both contributed to. A unisex salon should not mean one side gets the good stylist.
